Role overview 
Work in assigned areas to develop MONT outlets by driving quality distribution & build brand image at point of sales

 What you’ll be doing 

• Support MONT channel manager to implement the channel activities in the right outlet in a timely manner
• Work closely with brand team & sales team in term of POSM, outlet selection to deploy activity to outlet or consumer OTIF.
• Implement and track trade marketing activities vs. volume performance at targeted outlets, as capture key learnings and improvement
• Manage Asset, POSM generic & POSM tailor made to drive proper image at the point of sales.
• Manage allocated budget / resource to make sure deliver business objectives and well as possitive ROI at outlet level.
• Understand and share outlet and consumer insights as supplement to building trade activities.
• Point person for all in outlet trade activities

What we’re looking for

• Enthusiastic and having passion with MONT environment with an ambitious to develop his/ her career path in CBVN.
• Ability to work under timeline, multi tasks pressure and cost optimize
• Education and Experience: University degree
• Language skills: Good at in English skill
