Mục tiêu của vị trí Main purpose of the position

•          The role focus on developing leading-edge marketing strategies for our brands to deliver our commercial and brand objectives.

•          Responsible for budget management, marketing mix overseeing with ATL media (especially Digital), BTL promotional activity and PR, commercial programs.

•          Have responsibility for the brand equity and delivering brand strategy, exploring local beer consumers’ insights to manage the delivery of annual business objectives.

Job responsibilities

•          Drive the delivering of business and marketing objectives of our brands (market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, brand equity)

•          Develop long-term vision and strategy translated into commercial plans

•          Own the creation of the executional plan, annual and 3-year Brand Plan 

•          Lead the developing and executing integrated 360 degree marketing campaigns using most relevant and modern touch points

•          Provides marketing leadership on innovation projects

•          Engages sales and channel marketing teams to ensure delivery of efficient brand building

•          Identify and work out relevant consumer and shopper insights

•          Provide leadership to the brands portfolio composition

•     Run effectively Advertising & Consumers promotions for our brands both in On and Off-trade channels


Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm/kỹ năng

Personal qualifications / competencies

·       8+ years marketing experience is required

·       Successful experience in brand management including the creation of movies (TVC and digital) and development and execution of media (with focus on Digital) strategy, innovation and creative ideation process

·       A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG sectorDemonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management

·       Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation

·       Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill

·       Experience leading cross functional groups

·       Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints

·       Able to inspire, motivate and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results

·       Experience in people management and development, leading the team to the successful market executions
