Role overview
The role focus on developing leading-edge marketing strategies for our brands to deliver our commercial and brand objectives; being responsible for budget management, marketing mix overseeing with ATL media (especially Digital), BTL promotional activity and PR, commercial programs;
Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of business and marketing objectives of our brands (market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, brand equity);
- Develop long-term vision and strategy translated into commercial plans;
- Own the creation of the execution plan, annual and 3-year Brand Plan;
- Lead the developing and executing integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns using most relevant and modern touch points;
- Provide marketing leadership on innovation projects;
- Engage sales and channel marketing teams to ensure delivery of efficient brand building;
- Identify and work out relevant consumer and shopper insights;
- Provide leadership to the brands portfolio composition;
- Run effectively Advertising & Consumers promotions for our brands both in On and Off-trade channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing Communication, PR or a relevant field;
- 8+ years marketing experience is required
- Successful experience in brand management including the creation of movies (TVC and digital) and development and execution of media (with focus on Digital) strategy, innovation and creative ideation process;
- Thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG / Beverage sector;
- Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management;
- Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill;
- Achievement-driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints;
- Able to inspire, motivate and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results;
- Experience in people management and development, leading the team to the successful market executions.
