Role overview

The role focus on developing leading-edge marketing strategies for our brands to deliver our commercial and brand objectives; being responsible for budget management, marketing mix overseeing with ATL media (especially Digital), BTL promotional activity and PR, commercial programs;

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of business and marketing objectives of our brands (market share, volume, net sales, gross margin, operating profit, brand equity);
  • Develop long-term vision and strategy translated into commercial plans;
  • Own the creation of the execution plan, annual and 3-year Brand Plan;
  • Lead the developing and executing integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns using most relevant and modern touch points;
  • Provide marketing leadership on innovation projects;
  • Engage sales and channel marketing teams to ensure delivery of efficient brand building;
  • Identify and work out relevant consumer and shopper insights;
  • Provide leadership to the brands portfolio composition;
  • Run effectively Advertising & Consumers promotions for our brands both in On and Off-trade channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing Communication, PR or a relevant field;
  • 8+ years marketing experience is required
  • Successful experience in brand management including the creation of movies (TVC and digital) and development and execution of media (with focus on Digital) strategy, innovation and creative ideation process;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG / Beverage sector;
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management;
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill;
  • Achievement-driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints;
  • Able to inspire, motivate and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results;
  • Experience in people management and development, leading the team to the successful market executions.
  • Agile, Growth mindset, willing to try new things and fail forward;
  • Strong ethics and high integrity who is able to demonstrate Company Values.
