Role overview 
To execute standard for brand images at point of sales and support the expansion of quality distribution by developing and implementing trade activities on time in full.

 What you’ll be doing

1. Visibility Project:

• Develop, deploy, track visibility plan deployment plan by regions
• Deploy big & bold tailor - made visibility at Key Accounts
• Ensure guideline deployment at store level and manage agencies to deliver visibility on time

2. POSM Champion:

• Develop POSM guideline by sub channels and tracking execution versus
• Develop new POSM items from Global and Localized items and customized POSM catalouge for Key Accounts
• Manage and equip POSM, assets to outlets to reach perfect serve standardDeliver random check and recommend solution to fix issued if any

3. Display Program:

• Develop, deploy, track Display Program deployment plan by regions
• Deploy big & bold tailor - made concept for Festive & Tet
• Ensure guideline deployment at store level and manage agencies to deliver visibility on time

5. Data & Performance Analysis

• Conduct tracking, analyse performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market.
• Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response

6. Other tasks assigned by managers

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales FMCG or trade marketing (relevant channel is preferred); international company experience is a plus
• Good project management, data analysis and communication
• Good at negotiation and influencing
• Good MS office and English communication.
• Proactiveness & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to fieldwork
