Main purpose of the position


·       Ensures that the team operates safely and in accordance with SOP and starndards

·       Responsible for all processes and people from bright beer through to finished pallets on the end of the packaging line shiftly

·       Responsible for the delivery of agreed production plans according to quality, cost and service criteria within the area

·       Responsible for the development of people within team

·       Ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools and process are implemented

·       Responsible for people in team – training, development, recognition and discipline.



Job responsibilities

• Support Carlsberg Excellence implementation at the line on a shift basis

• Schedules production on short term basis

• Carries out quality analysis and able to release product between areas and end-product

• Materials management

• Operating part of the time - (breaks, replacements, emergencies)

• Has understanding and interpretation of Statistical Process Control Charts for Quality, able to monitor and make process change recommendations based on results

• Leads PMS meeting - Shift handover

• Participates in bi-annual appraisal for the team and development plan

• Can replace Line leader in their absence and takes the responsibility

• Resource management, Discipline, Training and Developing peers - Operators

• Actively works to improve utilities consumptions

• Supervise external contractors



Personal qualifications / competencies

·       disciplined - always acts within his frame of responsibility & tasks,  

·       proactive -seeks for information, monitor & communicate the operational situation including planned/or unplanned changes and then adapts according to new situations,

·       passionate - service oriented, he enjoys serving of lines

·       flexible -no special instructions required, because he knows what to do (task list) and he creates always his way how to do it in order to serve the operation properly



Educational / minimum requirements


• 3 years’ experience within a production environment with 2 years at team leader

• Using Computer, MS Office, Navision
