Role overview 

This intern will play proactive role in supporting UTC operational tasks and upcoming projects.

What you’ll be doing

1. UTC Operations

• Complete procedures related to reporting UTC programs to the authority.
• Proceed with the destruction of all remaining UTC caps.

2. Process Revamp Support:

• Assist with the preparation and submission of PAF requests, including gathering all necessary supporting documents.
• Support line manager by consolidating team feedback and input for the upcoming UTC and PAF process revamp proposal

3. Admin task: Other tasks to support team are assigned by Line Manager.

What we’re looking for

• Education: 3rd/final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Social project or university club leadership experience is a plus.
• Passionate about TMKT with basic knowledge
• Good problem solving and organization skill
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Quick learner with proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
