Working Location: Ho Chi Minh

 

Role overview

  • Ensure efficient execution of post-contract procurement processes (PO, delivery, payment);
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and audit readiness;
  • Support business continuity through timely supplier coordination and issue resolution;
  • Contribute to supplier performance review with execution insights;
  • Drive process excellence, data accuracy, and operational reporting;
  • Enable sourcing team success by ensuring seamless contract implementation.

 

 What you’ll be doing

1.BPO/PO Management

  • Create, amend, and monitor BPOs and POs in line with contract terms.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement data in the system.
  • Close BPOs/POs timely and in compliance with internal controls.

2.Delivery Coordination & Execution

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track delivery status and manage issues such as delays or quantity discrepancies.
  • Support goods receipt confirmation and related documentation processes.
  • Monitor and address issues related to PO execution, delivery, and invoicing.

3.Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate vendor, item, and transaction data.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and support audit readiness.

4.Supplier Performance Support

  • Provide operational data to sourcing for performance evaluation.
  • Participate in supplier performance review processes when relevant.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to downstream procurement.
  • Propose and support improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics
  • Proficiency in English, both writting and verbal
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office, fluence in Power BI is an advantage and able to ro reporting
  • Desire to learn and develop own skills set further, being open for new tasks and challenges
  • Good teamwork skills, willingness to support team members
  • Convincing communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to express thinking in a logical, well-structured way
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Fresh graduate with excellent academic background. Working experience working in Procurement - preferred in internationally operating companies
  • Familiar with Source to Pay concept
