What you’ll be doing

Inventory Management & Supply Chain Analytics
• Ensure complete Safety Observation and follow HSE Regulation
• Compile daily reports on inventory of Finished Goods, Empty Goods, Raw & Packaging Material …
• Data entry, statistics, and reporting on the project of importing crates from distributor of the warehouse and Logistics department.
• Design and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time visibility of key operational metrics.
• Statistics on compliance processes for project P1.
• Report discrepancies in warehouse operations on the NAV system.
• Monitor and report pallet/crate/bottle debts
• Print warehouse release notes for operating purpose (Dispatching note, GRN, invoicing, DOD …)
• Generate regular inventory performance reports and KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover ratio, days of supply).
• Develop data models to optimize reorder points, stock rotation, and shelf-life tracking.
• Analyze internal sales data, market trends, and external signals (e.g., seasonality, events, customer behavior) to forecast product demand.
• Support new product planning and limited release strategies with trend-based insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational readiness with promotional campaigns.

Shop-Floor Data Monitoring & Operational Support
• Collect and analyze production floor data (e.g., fermentation times, line efficiency, batch yields, downtime logs).
• Work closely with production supervisors and technicians to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Support OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measurement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and implement the 5S program for the entire Phu Bai warehouse area.
•Console daily transaction into Stock on Hand Report daily, with cycle count perform checking
• Other tasks as directed by the warehouse team leader and warehouse manager.
• Comply with company and Carlsberg group regulations.
• Adhere to quality management systems, environmental management systems.

What we’re looking for

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Economics, Accounting, Foreign Languages or Supply Chain–related major
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; basic skills in Power BI and analytical abilities; knowledge of SQL or ERP systems is a plus
• English: Fluent communication
• 1-2 years logistics experience not least in warehouse management
•  Honest, accurate in data processing and reports
•  Working independently and under pressure
