Graduate Trainee Program 2026 | Trade Marketing Function

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Channel Planning & Development: Develop channel strategies & analysis to propose plan for the purpose of driving sales growth and strengthening in‑store execution.
  • Trade Program & Promotion Management: Design and deploy trade programs, promotions, retail visibility plans, and POSM execution; ensure on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) implementation across regions and channels.
  • In‑Store Execution Excellence: Partner with Sales to ensure high‑quality execution at point‑of‑sale (POS), consistent brand presence, and adherence to channel guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets, track spend; ensure compliance with internal regulations.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report effectiveness of trade initiatives; provide data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross‑Functional & External Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and external partners (retailers, outlet owners, agencies) to deliver aligned trade plans.
  • Regional & Channel Development Support: Tailor trade marketing activities by region/channel (GT, MONT, MOFT, TOFT), support distributor activation, and improve field execution.
