  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive culture and drive employee engagement programs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Attract, hire, and onboard top talent; strengthen employer branding.
  • Talent Management: Manage performance, development, succession, and leadership growth.
  • Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR systems, policies, payroll coordination, and legal compliance.
  • Business Partnering: Advise leaders on people matters and provide insights through people analytics.
  • Change & Communication: Support organizational change and drive effective internal communication.
