Working Location: Ho Chi Minh

 

 What you’ll be doing

  • Production Finance Business Partner:
    • Analyze monthly supply spend, relevant cost center spending, inventory and provisions, and provide relevant commentaries and insights to finance and business stakeholders
    • Based on discussions with business stakeholders and in collaboration with Accounting-to-Reporting teams, ensure supply spend, variances and accruals, inventory provisions are properly reflected in reported monthly results
    • Participate in month-end closing processes
    • Partnership with Production Operation and Other Finance teams on various projects as required.
    • Carry out monthly Production cost analysis and, report and suggest corrective actions at brand, category, product level
    • Evaluate the allocated costs in the supply costs and build up zero base
    • Conduct financial analysis of all price increase proposals
  • Supply Chain Finance Business Partner:
    • Ensure compliance with Company and Group Policies (CAPEX policy, Costing Policy, Finance Manual)
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting: Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) dashboard KPI, Functional Score Card KPI, ISC productivities KPI ...
    • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions, understanding business performance on a monthly/annual basis
    • Ensure proper master data maintenance (cost center structure, item inventory master data, activities budget codes ...)
    • To follow up, verify, recommend for supply chain savings projects/opportunities.
    • Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as required from manager.

  • Abilities to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Abilities to work both independently and with group or multi-culture working environment.

       

          Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance
  • ACCA is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in a similar capacity
  • Financial experience on manufacturing/ cost accounting/ standard costing/ budgeting/ financial analysis/ Variance analysis/ new product costing
  • Excellent English writing and presentation skills
  • Good at ERP knowledge.
  • MS Office’s applications knowledge required: MS WinWord, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PP … fluently.
