Main purpose of the position
Act as the execution anchor for Carlsberg Vietnam eB2C, ensuring seamless coordination between Carlsberg and eDistributor operations (sales orders, gifting, approvals, reporting, claims and risk control) and improving execution speed and accuracy.
What you’ll be doing
Promotion & Campaign Management
• Support execution of channel development strategies/campaign calendar to grow brand presence across e-commerce
• Responsible for trade and consumer promotion execution across assigned channels, ensure in line with brand strategy and shopper insights
• Track promotion performance, analyze ROI, and provide post-promotion evaluation reports with recommendations for improvement
• Monitor competitor promotions and market trends to optimize future activities
• Gifting & premium management: Coordinate end-to-end gifting process including concept development, sourcing, vendor management, and delivery; ensure alignment with brand and platform requirements; maintain accurate premium inventory tracking and reconcile post-campaign usage with distributor.
E-commerce Operations & Execution:
• Perfect Store & Content Management: Collaborate with eDistributor to ensure day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, GrabMart, Shopee Food Mart, etc.).
• Sales Order Management: Coordinate with eDistributor & internal stakeholder (finance, sales operations, logistics) to process sales orders, track fulfilment, manage debt and escalate issues when necessary
• Contracts & Approval Support: Prepare and support execution of commercial contracts, manage internal approval workflow within lean governance, ensure compliance records are maintained for audits and quarterly reviews.
• Claim Handling & Distributor Compliance: Act as first contact for distributor claims (promo reimbursements, disputes); validate supporting documents; escalate complex cases; monitor distributor compliance with Carlsberg SOPs, pricing, and promotional execution.
Budget Tracking & Reporting:
• Budget Tracking: Track eB2C campaign spend vs. approved budget, prepare documentation for budget top-ups, ensure accurate allocation between Carlsberg and distributor, support monthly accrual and quarterly financial reporting
• Reporting & KPI Dashboards: Consolidate data from distributor, platforms, and agencies; report on campaign KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI); provide weekly/monthly dashboards; ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
• AI & Automation Enablement: Support deployment of AI solutions for reporting and risk monitoring; collaborate with Manager to integrate AI-driven alerts for budget overruns, delayed approvals, or SLA breaches; identify manual processes suitable for automation
Personal qualifications / competencies
Experience:
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and distributor operational processes
• Understanding of finance workflows (budgeting, invoicing, approvals)
• International work experience in related industry could be an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across internal and external teams
• Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, BI dashboards, and data visualization tools
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Comfort with digital and AI-enabled reporting tools for automation and monitoring
• High attention to detail with compliance and governance mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly in Vietnamese and English across functions
Education:
• University graduation from commercial related fields;
