Working location: Hà Nội

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support for users at the Hanoi office, Hanoi Sales office, Hue office, Bac Ninh warehouse, as well as the Sales team operating in the Central and Northern regions.

1. Manage IT infrastructure and systems at the Hanoi office (Sales & Office) and Bac Ninh warehouse.
2. Participate in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure projects at the Hanoi office (Sales & Office) and Bac Ninh warehouse.
3. Provide technical support for users at offices and remotely (including the Hue office), ensuring system stability.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT equipment issues.
5. Propose and implement technology solutions to optimize work efficiency.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

* Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science.
* Preference for candidates with MCSA or CCNA certification.

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Knowledge of computers, networking devices, cameras, time attendance systems, and video conferencing systems.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and products (Windows, Office 365, Azure, etc.).
4. Understanding of information security and network safety to ensure system stability and security.
5. Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to comprehend technical documents.

6. Good communication skills, effectively supporting users and collaborating with teams.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills, able to work independently and as part of a team under high pressure.
