Carlsberg Vietnam wins the “Work the Nordic Way: Best Place to Work” category at the Nordic Business Awards 2025

Carlsberg Vietnam is proud to be the winner of the “Work the Nordic Way: Best Place to Work” category at the Nordic Business Awards 2025, organized by the Nordic Chamber of Commerce (NordCham) in Vietnam.

The Nordic Business Awards 2025 brought together the Ambassador of Denmark, along with more than 200 business leaders and investors to honor organizations that embody Nordic values of integrity, equality, sustainability, and innovation in both business practices and workplace culture.

Carlsberg Vietnam’s recognition highlights the company’s efforts to embed Growth Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) into everyday work. These commitments are reflected through continuous learning opportunities, collaboration, and empowerment across the organization, as well as initiatives that celebrate individuality and ensure every voice is heard. Women now hold more than 40% of leadership roles at Carlsberg Vietnam – a milestone that underscores the company’s focus on inclusive growth.

The award follows Carlsberg Vietnam’s third consecutive win at the HR Asia Awards 2025, where it was once again recognized as one of Asia’s Best Companies to Work For. Together, these honors reaffirm the company’s progress in building an environment where employees feel respected, engaged, and inspired to thrive.

“Ultimately, this award belongs to our people,” said a representative of Carlsberg Vietnam. “It is thanks to their passion, dedication, and collaboration that Carlsberg Vietnam is not only a meaningful business, but also a community that lives Nordic values while shaping its own proud identity. As we look ahead, we will continue to strengthen our culture, support one another, and prove that our greatest strength lies in our people. Because at Carlsberg Vietnam, we don’t just brew beer — we brew pride, progress, and a better today and tomorrow.”
