To ensure all our customers/consumers are having the best drinking experience with all our products at the right temperature every time and everywhere.

Superior installation of equipment at customers at agreed time.

Developing new areas of growth with the Sales Team, gaining more customers.

Tracking of all draught beer assets to avoid losses.

Develop and train the Technical Team

Job responsibilities

·        Setting the Standards for Carlsberg Vietnam Perfect Serve Standard and review it from time to time basis è Carlsberg Vietnam’s products to be serve at the Right Temperature in the Right Place with the correct serving equipment

·        To ensure all the Consumers are having the best drinking experience with our products according to the Carlsberg Vietnam Perfect Serve Standard

• Ensure close cooperation with marketing, including in relation to the branding of beverage equipment

·        Ensuring to keep track of all draught assets and records of moving

·        Train the draught services team to be able to install and service draught fonts and fridges professionally, effectively and efficiently

·        Help train the sales team in the basics of draught, and support the development of an outlet training module for draught customers (perfect pour etc.)

·        Work seamlessly with procurement to ensure that all CapEx equipment (fonts, compressors, kegs, CO2 cylinders) are procured and available to cover requirements

·        Work with the RSMs and ASMs on the mapping, assessing and prioritizing prospective draught customers

• Opex & Capex budgeting and follow up

·        Track the volume of the draught installations (kegs/month) to ensure that they are producing enough to ensure economic returns as well as reduce risk of old beer

·        Ensure that the draught accounts are receiving scheduled technical/cleaning services as planned and act on any deviances

Personal qualifications / competencies

·        Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

·        Proficient in English, speaking/reading/writing. Vietnamese language skills a strong advantage.

·        Effective, positive and energetic attitude

·        Ability to communicate clearly - Decent presentations skills

·        Team-orientated and ability to coach the team

·        Strong leadership skills

·        Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented

• Solid organizing skills

Educational / minimum requirements

·        10 Years Technical Experience in Cold Drink Field or equivalent experience.

·        Skilled in Office package

·        Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification
