Role overview 
To execute standard for brand images at point of sales and support the expansion of quality distribution by developing and implementing trade activities on time in full.

 What you’ll be doing

Develop and manage execution of trade activities as per Commercial calendar

1. Brand & Trade Activities:

• Develop below-the-line activities (BA mechanics, outlet mechanics, retailer mechanics…) in cooperation with Brand team
• Implement documents (PAF, PR, act process, monitoring template, sales briefing & payment) in collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Manage POSM and work with BA to support brand events & trade activation

2. TONT Outlets Efficiency:

• Develop, deploy, track performance and action plan
• Perfect store model: follow up, tracking and action plan to improve.
• Take lead Trade Activation at TONT outlets with perfect execution in-store.
• Develop Push & Pull activities to support Sales team & BA Team to drive p

3. Data & Performance Analysis

• Conduct tracking, analyse performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market
• Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response

4. Other tasks assigned by managers

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales FMCG or trade marketing (relevant channel is preferred); international company experience is a plus
• Good project management, data analysis and communication
• Good at negotiation and influencing
• Good MS office and English communication.
• Proactiveness & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to fieldwork
